Mobile Web Best Practices by W3C
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) who develops interoperable technologies like specifications, guidelines, software, and tools, published the Best Practices document for delivering web content for mobile devices.
The primary goal of such a document is to enhnace the user experience when viewing Web content using such devices.
The Mobile Web Best Practices document targets “readers familiar with the creation of Web sites, and to have a general familiarity with the technologies involved, such as Web servers and HTTP. Readers are not expected to have a background in mobile-specific technologies.”
