Yahoo and Motorola deal

Yahoo and Motorola reached a multi-year deal allowing Yahoo to be part of the wide distribution of Motorola’s mobile phones. Yahoo services like e-mail, search, address book, and local search will be pre-loaded onto Motorola’s tens of millions of new mobile devices.
These services will be available as soon as the first half of 2007 in American, European, and Asian markets.
In July 2005 the two companies first entered into a partnership to make it easier for consumers to access the Web over mobile phones.
The new deal will enable joint marketing of new Motorola devices loaded with Yahoo mobile services via online networks, phone packaging, and other channels.
