YouTube and Verizon in contant talks
After YouTube was aquired by Google last month, for a handsome 1.65 billion dollars, YouTube continues evaluation of content deals to enhance its customer’s experience.
A report in the Wall Street Journal revealed that Verizon Communications is in ‘advanced talks’ to bring its online content to other mediums, such as mobile handsets and cable TV.
The deal could have one of the two or both alternatives, YouTube content will be delivered to Verizon’s V Cast 3G video service through Verizon Wireless or Verizon would offer YouTube content on demand through the company’s FiOS TV service.
