Sprint and Nextel are Planning to Close the Deal on Friday

According to Business Week, Sprint has a plan to close the $70 billion Sprint – Nextel merger on Friday. Sprint is ready to move forward with the deal despite the legal challenge from Alamos Holdings, Sprint’s largest wireless affiliate.
